Welcome to day twenty-three of Be Kind At Home.

I want to start by thanking you all for inspiring me to put out positive kindness content for you all.

In today's video, I want to share with you a kindness tip as I know this will bring a lot of joy into someone's life that has made a positive difference in your life.

DAY 21 | Be Kind At Home Sweet Kris - Monday 18th June

Welcome to day twenty one of Be Kind At Home.

Can you believe it we have had twenty-one days of kindness YAY!

In today's video, I want to share with the story of Kris who I met when I was mentoring a group of year eight boys from Accrington Academy and the act of kindness he shared with the group of year eights.

I was hoping you could think about his kindness and how it made the other person feel or how many people may have seen him do his RAOK.

I am so excited to share with you how to "Pay Forward" any act(s) of kindness that you have received.

I would like you to think about any act of kindness you have received and then what IO would like you to do is to "Pay Forward" that act to three people.

Just imagine how good those three people you share your kindness with are going to feel?

Let me ask you a question. Are you feeling bored? Do you have a lack of motivation? We all get a bit of that, especially with what is going on at the current moment.

Well, that's because you are not in your regular daily routine. What I want to do with today Happy Tapping is to tap away boredom.

Be Kind At Home Day 16 - Happy Tapping Part 3

Welcome to day sixteen of Be Kind At Home.

You are doing fantastic, and I am super proud of you!

Today we are going to work with the emotion ANGER!

Let's begin with ...Even though I feel ANGRY, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

I give you my word, the more you do your Happy Tapping, the easier it will become for you to shift unhelpful emotions. Now I don't know about you, but I like to know what I can do to help me remove unhelpful emotions.

Remember, practice makes perfect.

Be Kind At Home Day 15 - Happy Tapping Part 2 - Thursday 7th May

Welcome to day fifteen of Be Kind At Home.

You are doing amazing, and I am super proud of you!

Today we are going to work with the emotion feeling (upset)

Being upset like all emotion is normal; it's just that sometimes when we experience negative emotions, it feels like it is going to stay like that FOREVER, but there is nothing more certain than change.

Happy Tapping is one of the fastest ways to change any unhelpful emotions so get Tapping and watch your feelings change for the better...you would be tapped not too lol :-)

Be Kind At Home Day 14 - Happy Tapping Part 1 - Wednesday 6th May

Welcome to day fourteen of Be Kind At Home.

I want to start by saying how proud I am of you.

Today I want to share with you something called "Happy Tapping."

This is fantastic for changing any unhelpful negative emotions to more positive emotions

It will feel a little strange at first but stay with it as you have with all then other sessions and I swear on my cats live you it will benefit you big time.

Day 13 | Breath Work - Monday 4th May

Welcome to day thirteen of Be Kind At Home.

How did you get on yesterday with your affirmation? I reckon you are getting the hang of (practising) your affirmations.

Today I want us to focus on what I call breathwork. Isn't it funny how each day we go about our day and never pay much attention to our breath.

Whenever we are feeling any negative emotion, just taking three deep breaths in and out can do more good than harm.

Like everything else we have been covering, it takes practice and by doing this each day can have huge positive benefits to your well being.

Be Kind At Home Day 12 - Affirmations

Welcome to day twelve of Be Kind At Home.

How did you get on yesterday with your affirmation? I reckon you are getting the hang of (practising) your affirmations.

It's amazing how practising affirmations can and will change your life for the better.

Today I want us to focus on being grateful for the positive stuff in our life even when you have a bad their is always something to affirm to yourself you are grateful for.

As you go about your day today be mindful of how often you are using your affirmations, remember practice, practice, practice just like doing your times tables.

Be Kind At Home Day 11 - Affirmations

Welcome to day eleven of Be Kind At Home. How did you get on yesterday with your affirmation? I reckon you are getting the hang of (practising) your affirmations.

When I first started using affirmations, I began to notice that if I said things like;

"I will never be able to do that."

"I cant."

"I am no good at maths."

Here is the thing they are all affirmations but not the good one we have to be careful because everything we put after the (I) we affirm to ourselves ;-)

As you go about your day today be mindful of how often you are using your affirmations, remember practice, practice, practice just like doing your times tables.

Be Kind At Home Day 10 - Affirmations

Welcome to day ten yes day ten of Be Kind At Home. You are doing fantastic. How did you get on yesterday with your affirmation? I swear on my cat's life affirmations can change and will change your life for the better.

Repetition is vital it's like doing your time's table you don't learn them unless you keep repeating them ;-)

I want to start by saying well done you are doing fantastic with your affirmations.

I hope you are enjoying practising affirmations.

Trust me on this affirmations can change your life for the better.

Be Kind At Home - Day - 6 - Gratitude - Friday 3rd April

Welcome to day six of Be Kind At Home.

How did you get on yesterday with being grateful for your friends? More importantly, did you send a message or DM to one or more of your friends?

Today I want you to focus on all the people you have in your life that you are grateful for;

I would like you to write down "I am grateful for?" and you can also say to yourself silently what you are grateful for.

Also when you are next in the bathroom, I want you to say out loud what you are grateful for.

Remember, you CANNOT be unhappy and grateful at the same time.

Think about that for a minute.

When you practice gratitude, it makes you feel better and appreciate all the good you have in your life, and there is so much for you to be grateful for in your life.

I want you to write down and silently say to yourself as many things that you are grateful for that your friends do for you or have done for you, and when you do this, I want you to feel a deep sense of gratitude.
