Odd and Even Numbers

This week in Maths, we have been focusing on odd and even numbers. 

We explored how some quantities can be grouped into pairs and some quantities will have one left over. Then we explored patterns on ten frames to see if a number is odd or even.

We helped tiger sort the number shapes this week too. Can you point to all the odd ones and all the even ones?

The children loved the story 'One Odd Day', it was about a boy who woke up one day and EVERYTHING was odd!
