Year 5 had a fantastic zoom session with the author Sam Copeland yesterday. Sam spoke to the class about his new book Alex vs Axel: The Impossible Quests. The class then had chance to ask him some questions. The session was very engaging and involved anagrams, a quiz and the children trying to guess the noises some unusual animals would make! The children were so excited about the book that we have already placed an order.
