Welcome back... 22.2.20
... to school for the second half of our spring term.
Please can you make sure your child's PE kit is fully labelled before bringing it back to school and can school jumpers/cardigans be re-labelled if needed?
We hope you have had a nice break and look forward to the next part of our Reception class journey.
Thank You 13.2.20
We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who joined us for our first stay and play session of the year. It was a great success and we were thrilled to see so many of you. Thank you for filling out the feedback sheets if you did so. If there are any suggestions you have to improve the session for next time then please do let one of us know.
The children had a great afternpon and loved having you join us and experience our classroom and outdoor area with them.
Reception Class Stay and Play
On the afternoon of Wednesday 13th February Reception class will be welcoming grown ups into our classroom. You will have the opportunity to come and see us in action and spend time with your child and their friends in school.
The stay and play session will be between 1:30pm and 2:45pm. You can arrive at school anytime between those times and sign in at the front office.
We look forward to seeing you!
Reception class will have PE on Monday afternoons and Wednesday mornings from January until further notice.
Please can you make sure your child has a NAMED PE kit in school. Also hair needs to be tied back every day not just on PE days.
Thanks for for your continued support.
Parent’s Evening - Wednesday 20th November
We look forward to you joining us in class between half past three and half past six.
Come and chat, have a look at the classroom and through your child’s learning journey book. It’s a relaxed evening where you can find out how they have settled in and what they have been getting up to.
We would love to hear your thoughts on their Reception journey so far and Reception’s part of the school website. If you have any worries or queries then this is a great chance to voice them.
Miss Bryan and Miss Gahagan will be in class on the night and would really love it if you could pop in.
Baby Photos - 24.9.19
Please send a baby photo of your child in their bag on Thursday if possible. We will be looking at changes from when they were babies to now.
Wellies - 15.9.19
There are still a couple of children without a pair of wellies in school. Please can you send these in as soon as possible.
Reading bags - 15.9.19
Please send your child with their reading bags each day even if it is not their day to read in school. That way we can easily send things home.
Coats and shoes - 15.9.19
Please help your child to practise fastening their coat and putting their own shoes and uniform on. Lots of the children can already do this but practise makes perfect!
