Science

This term in Science we are looking at plants.

This week we have been investigating seeds, thinking about how the seed can turn into a strong plant.

We have planted some Radish; Turnip and Nasturtium seeds outside and some Cornflower seeds inside to help our investigations.

To plant the seeds we needed to prepare the soil; place the seeds in the planter; cover the seeds with more soil; water them and place the planters in a safe area.

Maths

This week we have been investigating finding half of a given number using resources.

English

Our story this term is the 'Enormous Turnip' and to help us recall the story we created some actions.
