Week 1 (w/c 19th April)

We loved coming back to school on Tuesday and enjoyed hearing about each others Easter holidays. Lots of people enjoyed visiting the farm and we loved looking at the pictures.

Frogs

This week, we learnt a poem about a frog.

I Have a Little Frog

I have a little frog,

His name is Tiny Tim,

I put him in the bathtub,

To see if he could swim.

He drank up all the water,

And gobbled all the soap.

And when he tried to talk,

There were bubbles in his throat.

The children were really interested to find out more about frogs! We learnt about the frog life cycle and enjoyed painting our own frogs.
