World Book Day 2022

This year for World Book Day we dressed up as word to fit with our vocabulary theme. We had an amazing day exploring lots of new vocabulary. The children all made an effort and they looked incredible. Thank you to all of you at home for this.

We then had the challenge of trying to use all the words that they came dressed as in a piece of performance poetry. It was a tricky task but they did it. I don't think they will ever forget what a synonym is now.

Thank you to all the children and their families for donating books and for sending money in to buy new books. We raised over £100 for the PTFA.
