Week 2
What a lovely week!
The children took part in an interactive RE session this week in the mobile RE van organised by Diocese. We talked about the different miracles Jesus performed and had the opportunity to take part in some craft activities. It was a lovely morning and the children represented St James' remarkably.
We have been practising scoring goals in different sports in PE. The children worked well in their groups and enjoyed attacking and defending.
In science we researched different world habitats and presented our findings to the class. The children's oracy skills are developing extremely well and are becoming more confident in speaking in front of an audience.
Our outdoor learning session this week allowed use to practise our speaking and listening skills. The children played partner and team games and had to listen to instructions very carefully in order to succeed!
