Week 5

This week we made our special tulip sculptures as a special present for our mums.

Sanding the wooden blocks

Painting the wooden blocks

We created the tulip petals using clay

Then we added coloured paper for the stem and the leaves.

Finally we created a beautiful gift box to put them in.

We hope our Mums loves them as much as we loved making them!

Science - This week in our Science topic on Materials we have been investigating how much water we need to add to the dry sand to create the perfect sandcastle.

Outdoor Learning

In Outdoor Learning this week we created an Easter garden. First we collected natural materials from around the playground, including enough sticks for all of us to make crosses. We then worked together to create our class Easter garden
