Another fantastic week in Year 6!

This week, we have been busy learning and having lots of fun. In History, we explored what life was like for children during Victorian times and used census information to investigate and answer questions about families and their lives. In PE, we developed our football skills, focusing on travelling with the ball under control while scanning for space and opponents. We also took part in a creative recycling workshop, where we transformed toilet roll holders into something new while learning more about the importance of recycling and reusing materials. A busy week filled with learning, creativity and teamwork! In computing, the children worked collaboratively, using mind maps to plan their blog posts in readiness for next week when they will write their posts.
