Pupil Voice

Pupil Voice 2025-2026

In September, every child from Year 2 to Year 6 wrote their own manifesto as part of their English lessons. Those who wished to took the brave step of presenting their ideas to their classmates and putting themselves forward for our Pupil Voice Elections.

On polling day, every child from Years 2–6 had the opportunity to cast their votes across a range of groups. This year we are delighted to have welcomed some brand-new groups alongside our well-established favourites, including:

Digital Leaders

Learning Detectives

Planet Protectors

Active Avengers

St. James' Journalists

Worship Warriors

Courageous Advocates

Inclusion and Equality Ambassadors

Talk Team: Oracy Champions

Peer Mentors

After the votes were counted, Mrs Bibby proudly announced our 51 new Pupil Voice Co-ordinators! The announcement took place during a very special worship, where our Christian Values were truly brought to life as we witnessed the kindness, encouragement and support shown by all our children.

We are so excited to see what this year’s Pupil Voice Groups will achieve.

Pupil Voice 2024-2025

In September, lots of children from Y2 up to Y6 took part in elections. Helpers from Year 6 made sure that the ballot box was kept secure and organised the voters in the hall. Pupil voice co-ordinators were elected in each class.

Well done to all of those who took part and those who were elected.
