Our learning this week:

We have had a great start to this half-term being crowned Class of the Week in our first week back. We have been exploring our new text, The King who banned the Dark, in English. We have been exploring different reasons why it would be a bad idea to ban the dark. In Maths, we have started our new topic, Fractions and been looking at halves in quarters. In History we have used role play to explore the royal family and monarchy, and learn all about the past, present and possibly future monarchs. Before ending the week with an interesting Science lesson, exploring whether things are living, dead, or never been alive and how we would recognise this.
