PE - Team Building

On Tuesdays this half term Year 1 are working on their teamwork skills.

This week they had to co-operate with a partner to complete challenges.

They played a serious of games where they needed to show good team work.

They enjoyed playing partner stand, share the load and sandwich tag.

Computing

This week in computing we started our animated story books unit of work. This week we were drawing and creating our own story e-book. We drew our own animal character and added text to our story page on the IPads.

Guided Reading

This half term we are looking at short non-fiction texts.

This week we learnt new vocabulary about black rhinos and enjoyed finding out some information about them.

Did you know that Black Rhinos aren't actually black! They are grey!
