Gender Reveal

Year 1 loved the gender reveal we had in class on Thursday! Benedict went to the hospital on Wednesday with his mum and dad for their baby scan. The day after, Benedict asked the children to guess whether it was a boy or a girl and then he ripped up the pink tissue paper and threw it up in the air! How lovely! ��������

Art & Design

Sculpture & 3D (Paper Play)

This week we started our unit of work on sculptures and 3D which involves paper play. On Friday we created a sculpture by sticking paper rolls (cylinders) to a flat card base. There were lots of skills involved in making our sculptures and the children did a great job!
