Week 4

English

This week we have been writing our own version of the Zog story as part of the class shared write. Next week we will be writing an independent story, so we are super excited. 

We can't wait for the 'Showcase Afternoon' when you will be able to come and see the work we have done.

Maths

We have started learning to subtract numbers this week. We did some work on the tables and also played a table game to work out the amounts that were left.

P.S.H.E

As part of our P.S.H.E lessons this week we had a visitor, who came to help us learn about road safety.

What we learnt:

Kyton - 'I learnt to 'Look, Listen and Think'.

Lola - I learnt the best place to cross is a Zebra Crossing.

Lawson - I learnt that to be safe on the roads I need to listen to the grown up and when it is dark you need to wear a special jacket that lights up.

Nativity Rehearsal

This week we have spent more time practicing for the show we hope you are able to come and watch. Rehearsals are going well, we hope you will enjoy it.
