Design Technology
We have made waistcoats to fit a teddy bear in D.T this week. This involved lots of skills such as: measuring, designing, cutting, pinning and sewing!
PSHE-Fire Safety
On Monday we had a visit from some firemen to talk to us about the importance of fire safety, particularly around bonfire night.
Anti-Bullying Competition
This week we have designed anti-bullying posters which we are entering into a competition that East Lancashire Hospitals have organised. The winning posters will be showcased across their social media pages during Anti Bullying Week and will be shared across all schools in Blackburn with Darwen. There will also be a prize for each winner. Fingers crossed one (or more) of our entries win!
Edale
Y6 have had lots of fun trying new challenges and making memories at Edale this week!
