Week 1

Maths

This week we have started a new topic in our maths learning - multiplication and division. We have been learning to count in 2s, count in 5s and count in 10s. To do this we have been singings some songs, using numicon, using bead strings and our own hands. We worked in kagan groups to count up in multiples of 2s, 5s and 10s and began to learn the 2s, 5s and 10s times tables. We are super mathematicians!
