Science - light investigations
In Science, the children worked in groups to investigate how the distance between the light source and the object affected the size of the shadow or how the angle of the light source to the object affected the size of the shadow. There was lots of great teamwork and the children did a great job collecting accurate measurements using the equipment.

This week, we simplified our William Morris printing designs and carved them onto printing blocks. This was tricky work! Once the printing blocks were complete, we used a combination of colours to create our repeated patterns for our William Morris-inspired wallpaper.
