Here they are!!! All the photos of the children on their unforgettable trip to Edale! We all had an amazing time and the children blew us away with how much they threw themselves into the activities.

This week, we continued to create our waistcoats. The children used chalk to draw around the templates onto the fabric and carefully cut the pattern out. They showed excellent team work skills as it was quite tricky to draw onto the fabric whilst also keeping the template still. As well as developing our DT skills, we also worked on our SKATs! We can't wait to start sewing next week.
This week, we read the chapter of the Wizard of Oz where Dorothy defeats the Wicked Witch of the West! The children wrote news bulletins using a semi-formal tone to summarise the event. Some of the children read their bulletins out in role as news reporters. Click on the images to view the videos!
