Library Visit
On Tuesday, the class teamed up with their reception buddies. We all walked down to the library and had some special time, reading books and having stories read by the librarian. The children were a credit to the school, and everybody had a very enjoyable morning.
Science
This week the class have been learning about Sir Isaac Newton and the laws of gravity.
The class also performed experiments with different sized balls. They dropped each ball them from the same height and measured the time it took for them to reach the floor. The children logged their findings and evaluated the results.

The children in class discussed whether Chris should let his friend borrow his brand new game. The children created a conscience alley, to share their views with each other.
Green Day
Our Eco pupil voice group organised a whole school 'Green Day' to raise money and awareness of recycling and reusing what we have in our homes.
Everyone was asked to come into school wearing something green that they already owned or borrowing something green off someone so we could be more sustainable.
