Week 2
In PE we have been developing our resistance and counter balance positions. The children worked with a partner and then presented their routine to the rest of the class.
In science the children learned about the circulatory system and the function of the heart. They used craft materials to represent the heart and labelled it with scientific vocabulary.
The children thoroughly enjoyed the residential trip to Edale. It was great fun and it was lovely to see the children enjoying themselves and learning lots in the great outdoors! The Peak District is such a beautiful place and it linked nicely to our National Parks unit in geography last half term.
