Week 2 (Monday 11th September - Friday 15th September)
PE - to the Castle!
In PE on Friday, we went on an adventure to an invisible castle! We had to go under obstacles, climb over them, jump and much more! It was so much fun!
RE - Clever Cub Explores God's Creation
This week in RE we met Clever Cub. Clever Cub comes out during our Worship lessons to tell us wonderful things about God and his son Jesus. This week we heard the story 'Clever Cub Explores God's Creation'.
We listened to the story and learnt that God made people, he made them all different and all special. We talked about how we are special and things that we are good out.
Maths
This week in maths we learnt the song '1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Once I Caught a Fish Alive' using our fingers.
Each group performed to the rest of the class and did a great job.
Benedict even did a super solo performance afterwards!
PSHE - What Makes me Special?
This week in our PSHE session, we talked about how we are all different - sometimes we like the same things as each other and sometimes different things. This makes us special.
Miss Ahmed brought in something that is very special to her. It was a box with lots of special items in from when she graduated. Miss Ahmed explained to the children why this was special to her.
The children then talked about their own special objects.
