Week 4

This week we have loved taking our learning outdoors for a variety of subjects, enjoying the lovely weather! We have been working really hard this week in class and we have had a super week!

Star of the Week

This week our star of the week is Amelia-Rose. She has settled in to our class so well and has been an absolute delight. Her work ethic has been outstanding, and she has made us smile every day! Well done!

Maths

This week we have been consolidating our multiplication and division topic and we have worked really hard on mastering the skill of grouping. We went outside to make equal groups and understand the concept of sharing into equal groups. We enjoyed this activity, and worked hard to achieve the SKAT of the week - we are team players.

English

This week we have started a new area of learning - all about recounts. We looked at some example texts and we were able to take part in a class shared read, using our finger lights to follow the text and phonetically decode words!
