In maths this week, the students have been comparing, ordering and rounding numbers.

In geography, students have been planning adverts for luxury commodities to sell to Chinese consumers.

We took guided reading outside this week! We matched words with their definitions. It was a little damp but still great fun.

In R.E, the children were discussing different Bibles and reading them in the outdoor learning area. They also had to consider why the Bible has been translated into so many different languages.

Art Awards Club

Mrs Hudson started the Arts Awards club again this week. Seven Y5 children will be studying Japanese art techniques and critiquing the old and new Japanese art.

This week the children made spotters wheels that will help them to identify different aspects of art.
