We have been outside this week, acting as tour guides, to describe the setting in Narnia. 

Art

The children produced a piece of work from their original drawing of a tree. They had to trace the tree and then use acetate and acrylic paint to help them to complete a monoprint of the tree. It was difficult but the children tried really hard and produced some amazing art work.

History

The children looked at artefacts from the Shang Dynasty (considering and discussing what the artefacts could be, what they could have been used for, and who owned/used them).

We took part in a British Values webinar this week, the children found it very interesting.

Life Caravan

This year the focus was on friendships and they loved getting to see Harold at the end!

Origami

The children were trying very hard to be patient and follow the folding instructions to produce their own wandering crab.
