Week Two

What a week!

Year 5 embraced the snowy weather, and have been amazing with the changes around school. Well done to you all.

Our Star of the Week is...Ruby!

Our SKATs winner this week is Adwitha.

Buddy lunch 

Y5 had lunch with their reception buddies then played out with them. They all had a lovely time. 

Snow

The class had a fun filled time out in the snow as you can see in our pictures. The children worked together to try and produce the biggest snowman on the playground!

English

In English this week, the class have been continuing to read The Portal. The children used a question matrix to ask and answer questions based on the text.

Rebel for a Day

Year 5 had great fun on Friday being rebels! The children enjoyed chocolates, sweets and their own drinks. The children also came in their own clothes, or their pyjamas.

The teachers were even treated to chocolate by a parent so they could break a rule too!

Ryan had a wonderful rebel t-shirt, which had been designed and made for him by his mum.
