Children's Mental Health Week
The theme this year is 'Know Yourself, Grow Yourself'.
In our PSHE lesson on Monday we played a game of pupil bingo.
We walked around the classroom asking other children questions from our bingo boards e.g. Do you like broccoli?
We added names to our bingo board and found out things that we didn't know about our peers.

This week we designed our puppets and began making them. We thought about how we would attach the pieces of felt together on our design and the materials we would use to decorate them.
We then got to work! First we cut out a template and drew around the template onto our two pieces of felt. Then we cut them out, which was very challenging at times because cutting felt is a lot trickier than cutting paper!
PE - Target Games
This week we have been developing our throwing for accuracy and distance using underarm and overarm throwing. We played 'throw archery' and different areas in the hall were worth different numbers of points when our beanbags landed in them.
