This week has been an especially exciting one, as it was time for our Pupil Voice Elections.
Over the past fortnight, many children bravely wrote and shared their manifestos , putting themselves forward for a range of leadership roles.
Last week, every child cast their vote, and today we gathered together in a whole school worship to hear the results.
I can honestly say it was one of those truly memorable moments as a Headteacher . As each group of coordinators was announced, the whole hall erupted in cheers and genuine encouragement. It was such a powerful reminder of what makes our school so special – how our children live out our values of love, compassion and thankfulness in such visible, heartfelt ways.
We now have 51 Pupil Voice Coordinators, and each one will soon be awarded a special badge linked to their group. I cannot wait to see the ideas they bring and the difference they make this year.
A huge well done to every single child who applied – whether elected or not, you showed courage, creativity and commitment .
A special thank you to Mrs Bibby for coordinating the entire process so brilliantly.
