Recycling Week
This afternoon, as part of recycling week, the Planet Protectors completed a recycling audit around school to ensure we are doing our utmost to help the environment .
We checked the classrooms, the staffroom, the offices and the school kitchen and dining hall and were very impressed with our findings .
We had the opportunity to interview Mr Hudson , who showed us all the different recycling bins and how food waste is recycled.
We have set ourselves two targets including increasing the recycling in the staffroom and how we ensure paper and general waste is recycled carefully in some of our classrooms .
We also had a check in on our school uniform ready for tomorrow's Uniform Swap Shop after school.
Thank you for all the donations , we have lots of uniform that will be available tomorrow free of charge.
