Year 5

Year 5 had a fantastic time exploring the Alps yesterday! Using topographic maps, they investigated land heights and explored the physical features of this amazing mountain range. With Google Earth, they discovered the 8 countries the Alps stretch across. The young geographers worked brilliantly as teams, sharing ideas and using their oracy skills to explain their findings. A brilliant mix of geography, and teamwork in action!
