What a fabulous week we have had! We have been exploring labelling parts of the body including legs, arms and chest and what we use the body parts for. We have also been exploring mark making with felt tips and wax crayons, discussing the different lines. We played pirate bingo in small groups, looking for the different features on the maps and colouring in the items we had on our board. Friday was a very exciting day as we joined the rest of school in Celebration Worship Assembly for the first time! Everyone was so impressed with how beautifully we sat and even gave us a clap at the end! In the afternoon on Friday we had our first buddy meet where we met our buddies properly for the first time. Our buddies are children in Y5 who are there to support us and be role models in school. They came to our classroom to play with us and brought us pictures and letters. It was so much fun!
