Week 6
The last week of term has been incredibly busy but lots of fun too!
We made our mechanical monsters in DT and the children demonstrated lots of skills throughout the design process. They designed their monster, thinking about their audience, made linkages which challenged their fine motor skills and finally evaluated their monster. The monsters looked awesome!
In creative worship the children visited church and took part in lots of activities presented by the Worship Warriors. They visited different 'Stations of the Cross' and completed an Easter Passport. Thank you Worship Warriors!
We had a visit from the Fire Brigade on Friday and they taught us how to keep safe at home. This links with our PSHE topic this half term 'keeping safe'.
In PE we finished off our fitness unit by using the ladders to improve our balance and coordination.
