Star of the week!
Our final star of the week in year three is Jacob. Jacob has won this for his efforts in English. We have been writing our own version of The Tin Forest and Jacob has used some fantastic vocabulary to describe his characters and setting. He has stayed really focused during our independent write and created a great piece of writing, well done Jacob!

Art
We enjoyed our art lesson this week, we practiced our weaving skills to make patterns. It was very difficult to keep the patterns and thread the different materials.
Smithalls Farm trip!
We had a fantastic time at Smithalls farm. It was very wet but we had lots of fun! The children behaved perfectly and it was lovely to see the smiles on faces.
