Week 5
This week has been a very musical week!
We have had a visit from an African Dance Group who held a dance and drumming workshop for each class in the hall. The children thoroughly enjoyed learning the dances and playing the African drums! It was a very colourful morning.
This week in class the children have composed a piece of music with a given structure. They worked well as a group as they listened to others and rehearsed their composition correctly from a graphic score. We aim to perform these next week! We will share a recording with you so keep an eye on the website!
