Week Three

This week's star of the week is

Ruby McMonagle

Ruby deserves this due to the immense effort in everything she does in school, accompanied by a huge smile on her face. This week she has also impressed Mrs Wilton by explaining an excellent mental math calculation strategy.

You are amazing, keep up the good work

Handwriter of the Week, goes to

Riley Johnston

French

This week in French with Madame Pearson, the children have been learning how to tell the time. They then went outside and played a game of 'What's the time Monsieur Wolf ?'

With Harrison playing the wolf.

Science

In science, we have been investigating electricity and spotting patterns.

"Does the number of bulbs in a circuit affect the brightness of each"

P.E. - Gymnastics

Wow, we had fun in gymnastics. We have been practising barrel rolls, forward rolls and straight rolls. The children were fantastic and performed a presentation of all the rolls to one another at the end of the lesson.

Another great week of work and fun in Year 4.
