Week 5

African Drummers

We were lucky to have a visit from a pair of African drummers. We were taught songs, dances and drumming techniques. It was really fun, especially watching the teachers also take part during the whole-school assembly!

PE

We had our first session playing rounders. Despite the weather, we enjoyed the match.

Class Assembly

We held our Class Assembly this week about the story of the Trojan Horse. We introduced the story before debating whether the story is a myth, a legend or a true account of the events. After a school vote, the consensus is that the story is a legend that has some basis in fact. Thank you to all parents and carers who came to see the children perform.
