World Book Day 2023

What a fantastic day! Miss Whaley and Mrs Hoyle were so impressed with all of our efforts and costumes this year to celebrate World Book Day. We had such a variety of book characters in our class and we even had two Little Red Riding Hoods as Miss Whaley and Ava were matching! We had a jam packed day full of amazing activities. We started off with sharing our favourite books, shared reading, drama workshop in the hall, a live lesson from BBC, we created a book review on our three class favourite books, and we did some maths activities based on counting book characters!
