Superstars!
The children were amazing during our Christmas productions of 'Superstar' on Monday and Wednesday. this week They have worked hard to learn the songs and their lines and we are all extremely proud of them all! Well done!
In English the children have been writing instructions for a new playground game. They have included bossy verbs, time words and adverbs in their instructions and are looking forward to teaching their game to the Year 1 children next week.
In history we have been learning about what it was like for children in the war. The children worked in groups to create their own 'children in war' posters and presented them to the rest of the class.
A great time was had by all at our Christmas party on Friday. We played games, had treats and even had a special visitor!
What a lovely Christmassy week!
