Today we had a visit from two officers from Lancashire Constabulary's Mounted Branch who brought two of their horses, Abbey and Rufford. The officers told the children all about the training exercises they do with the horses, how they care for them and what kind of work the horses do. Our children gave the horses commands such as go forwards and backwards and they were very obedient! What a lovely experience our children have had and one they will remember. 👮🏼‍♂️🐎
