Week 2

World Book Day

This year, each child dressed up as a word of their choice. We then used these words to create a performance! Year 6 decided to create a rap battle where each word was in competition with each other.

We also headed to the PTFA preloved book sale. Thank you to the PTFA for organising this.

We have started a new unit in English: Holes by Louis Sachar. We have read the first few chapters together. Stanley is the main character and his father is an inventor (but he doesn't have very much luck with his inventions!). We decided to be his assistant and write some persuasive adverts to help sell some of his inventions. Check them out below!
