Outdoor Learning
Our class book for our English is 'Zog' so this week in Outdoor Learning we worked in groups to create our own little drama about a section of the story.
Science
This week in we did the 'Egg Drop Challenge'. We worked in groups and using the knowledge we have gained about materials, we needed to select the best ones in order to protect our egg from cracking. Mrs Blackburn gave us hard boiled eggs, to avoid messy mishaps during our investigation.
Once we had created our protective coverings for our eggs, we then took them outside to the trim trail to see which was the best.
Mrs Blackburn was shocked, every group managed to create a suitable protective cover. None of the eggs cracked!!

This week we have been looking at one more and one less; greater than; less than and equal to.
