Week 6

Week 6

We couldn't have asked for a more fabulous last week of half term!

The children have been outstanding this week and having been 'aiming high', 'being respectful', 'working as a team' and 'being happy for others'. Displaying lots of our SKATs this week!

We had an amazing time on Wednesday during our Jubilee celebrations and the children produced some amazing art work.  The children who set up the stand and represented Year 2 during the exhibition were great and spoke with confidence and enthusiasm!

In science we investigated the conditions of a woodlouse's microhabitat and had fun on our woodlouse hunt!

The children have created amazing non-chronological reports linking to our unit on Kampong Ayer in geography. They presented them to Mrs Tindall, who was very impressed!

We enjoyed a visit to the ice-cream van on Thursday as a treat from the PTFA for winning the change challenge.  Although the British weather was in full force we still thoroughly enjoyed the ice-creams.

Have a lovely half term break and we will see you all in 2 weeks.
