Week 5
What a rocking week we've had!
The children loved performing their class assembly for you this week in Church. A link has been sent to everyone in case you want to watch it again.
In geography we have been looking at 'our local area'. The children did an amazing job in creating an overlay on a local map to show the land use of where we live. They used this knowledge to create landscape collages in art too!.
In PE the children had fun creating their own dances in groups and learning to move to a rhythm.
In maths we have been recapping doubles and learning our 2, 5 and 10 times tables. We have started creating our own leaflets on Blackburn in English, which we are hoping to display in the library next week,
